Data Deletion Policy

We respect your right to have your data deleted. This page explains our data deletion process, timelines, and what happens when you request account deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account at any time:
Go to Settings in your dashboard
Scroll to the "Delete Account" section
Click "Delete My Account"
Confirm by typing DELETE in the confirmation dialog
Your account will be immediately deactivated
Deletion Timeline
What happens after you request deletion:
- Immediate: Your account is deactivated and you are logged out
- Within 24 hours: All active sessions are invalidated
- Within 30 days: All your data is permanently deleted from our systems
- Backup removal: Data is purged from backups within their retention period (7 days)
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we remove:
- Your user profile and account information
- All reservations and booking details
- Price observation history
- All price alerts (active and historical)
- Your settings and preferences
- Email delivery records
- All login sessions and authentication tokens
What We May Retain
We may retain certain information as required by law:
- Legal obligations: Data required for tax, legal, or regulatory purposes
- Aggregated statistics: Non-personal, anonymized usage data
- Dispute resolution: Data needed to resolve ongoing disputes
Re-registration
After your data is fully deleted, you may create a new account using the same email address. The new account will have no connection to your previous data.
