HotelRebook provides a hotel price monitoring service that:

• Tracks prices for hotel reservations you submit
• Sends alerts when prices drop below your original booking price
• Provides links to booking sites where you may rebook at lower prices

We do not make bookings on your behalf. We only provide information to help you make informed rebooking decisions.

User Obligations

By using HotelRebook, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: Submit real booking confirmations for personal use
• Authorized use only: Only track reservations you are authorized to modify
• No service abuse: Do not use automated tools to interact with our service
• Legal compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Uses

You may not use HotelRebook to:

• Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent your identity
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data for commercial purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Limitation of Liability

HotelRebook provides information on an "as is" basis:

• Price accuracy: We cannot guarantee price information is always accurate or current
• Availability: Prices shown may not be available when you attempt to rebook
• Your decisions: Rebooking decisions are yours alone; we are not responsible for outcomes
• Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service (which is $0 for free accounts).

Account Termination

Regarding account termination:

• You may delete your account at any time through your settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
• These terms survive termination where applicable

Intellectual Property

HotelRebook and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
